Northern rock and charging order

Hello, first post but extensive prior use of the search bar,

basically i have/had an unsecured loan with northern rock, due to economic/personal conditions, the wife gave up work, i lost all overtime and we couldnt pay, we went on a DMP, but after the birth of our third child, we could no longer afford to pay and tried to get the payments reduced (many creditors) most accepted
except northern rock, who swiftly went for a ccj, which ordered me to pay forthwith, which i then applied for redetermination (i sent the letter to gateshead court recorded, which they received 5/12/09) in the meantime northern rock have got an interim charging order, with the final order being heard at gateshead county court on 20/01/10,

should i have heard somthing on the redetemination letter i sent?
how would i challenge a charging order (cant find a template)?
How would I get the hearing moved to my local court?(again a template/example would help)

can i use the fact that my beneficial interest (jointly owned house) would cover less than a quater of the debt, in my challenge on the charging order?

if a charging order is successfull, what happens then, do i have to pay instalments?(even though they have refused all other "affordable" offers )if so is interest added? or are they going to move straight towards forcing sale?

Already phoned cccs, the problem is they all advise me to go bankrupt, and at the moment i cant even afford to do that (at the current interest rates the mortgage is less than renting) i understand that as the debt is soley mine and the house is in joint names (mine and wifes maiden name) that if no sale is forced, and i get a good enough solicitor, when we do sell we might not have to pay them a penny from the proceeds.

I just really want to know what actually happens after the charging order is final (i know it will probably end up that way, but i at least want to go through the motions on challenging it, just on the off-chance) and should i have heard anything from gateshead county court, on whether or not the application for redetermination was successful,

If no one can help then i will call the cccs again, i just dont like taking their time up,

they place a notice of your landregistry doc which says no disposal of the property without the permission.

as i say, i can use the search function, what happens when i sell isnt my problem, its what happens between the order being made final, and the house being sold that im worried about,
