What do your parents make for you? What do you like? Why not make that?0

some of the the meals that i have listed we do have nearly every day. It just feels that i be eating pasta, rice and potatoes0

tagliatelle with a sauce made from mushrooms, garlic/onion, cream & parmesan.0

Or, if you've taken against pasta (?), lamb chop with a green salad or vegetables. I live on my own and I've never even thought about what I can or can't have - I even do roast dinners. Liver and bacon? A fry-up? sausage and mash? Fried chicken breast with sweet corn? Actually, think of some dishes your parents hate, so you never have, and cook them.0

Why don't you cook a really good beef or chicken casserole - it's that time of year when you need something warm and comforting - and then, when you've had your fill, freeze the rest so that your mum and dad have something great when they return from their holiday, without having to cook themselves. And they'll be most impressed.0

i love lambs liver but i unsure how to cook it, when my parents cook liver they over cook the liver. (been to a pub last year and had liver and since then liver as never been the same.)0

Hey, Seyjane now's your time to learn - all you have to do is google lambs' liver or, even better, calves' liver recipes and you're away. Basically, you just dip it in flour, fry in butter for one or two minutes max. each side on a high heat; lamb might need a little more time than calves, depends on the chunkiness of the slices.0
