I am so upset......
I ordered my pair at 12.30pm yesterday, they have just emailed me to say I won't be getting them because they are out of stock. So annoyed why do they let u go through the whole process of ordering them!! Then take over a day to let you know that they are out of stock, surely they would have known that yesterday. Is a sufferer of SAD, so don't blame me, blame the depressing English weather!!!:beer:0 -

what size and colour did you order. did u see the earlier post, sometimes courier is cheaper £5-£7. can u not send them 1st class but get a receipt of postage? u can then use that to prove u have sent them if there is a problem, be cheaper than recorded. Is a sufferer of SAD, so don't blame me, blame the depressing English weather!!!:beer:0

I would phone them and ask if they can refund postage as they do not fit. They are refunding me postage when i phoned them to ask about returning a pair.Member of Thrifty Gifty ~ Making money for Christmas 2010:£2 Savers club member no 40 ~ £54Amazon Vouchers BingoPort ~ £10Dooyoo Challenge Jan ~ £24.07 / £20.00 Yippee over target :j0

Cheeky Gits! They have charged me for the boots, even though they sent me an email saying they were out of stock. Checked bank account today, and £60 is out. They should not charge you until they fulfill your order.
Rang and spoke to customers services they have issued a refund but can take 5 days. Think its cheeky that I am £60 out of pocket yet never had the intention of sending me anything!! :mad:Is a sufferer of SAD, so don't blame me, blame the depressing English weather!!!:beer:0 -
just had email saying that they are out of stock, why couldn't they just tell me that yesterday??! Will be livid if they take money from my account too!0
