Back from court!!! ......

Hi All,
Whole process was very relaxed and respectful... despite my complete nervous state and frequent loo breaks!!!
We arrived early at 9am but court didn't open until 9:30 which was when our appointment was. We sat and waited in reception with a coffee and then went to queue outside the insolvency room. When the door was unlocked we flooded in with everyone else (yes it was busy!). There were a few counters resembling a post office but only 1 counter was for insolvency and everyone was queueing at the same one. We ended up being 2nd in line. A lady took our names and then told us to sit down and wait to be called. We were called by the same lady within 5 minutes to the same counter and she just checked through our forms to make sure we had filled out all the right places, took our money and gave us an affirmation to read out loud. We were then told to come back at 11:30 to see the judge.
When we arrived back we waited in a different room but were called up by the same lady to another counter resembling a post office and she handed us our forms and BR certificate and told us that it had all gone through with no problems and we should hear from the OR in a couple of days. So that was that, we didn't need to see the judge at all.
We witnessed quite a few people going through the same process and not one person was spoken to in any other manner than nicely. Everyone was pleasantly surprised. We could see everyone looking around the room (as we were) thinking to themselves, is that it? Are we really done? Everyone was obviously expecting it to be more gruelling.
So now waiting for the OR interview but I am feeling a massive sense of relieve that I am no longer answerable to the hounding creditors. Whatever the outcome of the OR investigation I know that in 12 months time I'll be discharged with or without restrictions, with or without an IPA but definitely without creditors.
Thanks to everyone for all help and support. Will continue to keep you updated and will probably have more questions throughout the process with the OR!
