Got one for my daughter for Christmas from the Pandora outlet in Bluewater but she doesn't like it. Does anyone know if these shops have a returns policy?

has anyone had or heard of problems with the catches on the braclets? my daughter's catch opened and looked like it was faulted , she took it back to the retailer and they said it had been pulled open, the jeweller fixed it and now it has happened again ,the jeweller has said the same and she asked for it to be returned to pandorra
is she entitled to refund or repair ? the jewellers sounded like they thought it had been missused which is not correct

mrsmoneyspender you have a choice of repair or refund - I would go for refund and buy one elsewhere
