    They may not yet have received the letter/processed it yet due to the amount of post at the moment. Could be an automated text. They still need to provide proof of the debt.

    Even if they do try and take you to court, you can defend yourself in saying you don't acknowledge the debt as they have failed to provide any proof you owe this money after you made numerous requests to them which they failed to respond to. If they do bring proof to the court of the amount owed, you will be allowed time to take it away and deal with it, if it is correct you can pay without a CCJ, or if it is wrong continue to dispute it.
    Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
