Waitrose Deliver - How to change your order?

Hi, I've only used Tesco online before for food shopping and following all the rave reviews here placed an order on Waitrose Deliver site. However I needed to make some changes but have no idea how to do this, there is a cancel order button but please would you let me know how I change it without loosing my slot

Log in, look along the top at 'orders' and click on edit. Your basket will then come up and you can add to your order or remove items. Remember to check out again though! Your delivery slot is already booked so you will not lose it.

The only buttons i have are view order, cancel order or print order.. There is no edit.. how strange..

E-mail their customer services for advice (customer_service@waitrose.co.uk). They are usually very quick at getting back to you. HTH.

If you want to add things to an order, you just put it in your trolley and their should be a button saying "my Trolley" under your items, click on this and then you should have options to add the items to your order...hope this makes sense

Orders may be amended up until 12.00 midday on the day before delivery or collection, but Waitrose Entertaining items may only be added if we have sufficient notice. Orders being picked cannot be changed, as they are currently being assembled for you.

To add an item to an existing order, please sign onto your account. Find the item that you want, enter the quantity and then click 'add to list/order', this will then give you the option to select the order you wish to add to. Step by step instructions are below:

1. To add an item to an existing order, please sign onto your account.

2. Find the item that you want

3. Enter the quantity

4. Click the "add to list/order" button which appears underneath the usual add button.

5. A pop up box will appear asking "What would you like to add this product to"

There are three circles denoting your options.

- A New List Called

- A List Called

- My Order

In the section showing "An order not yet delivered/collected" please click in the circle next to "My Order" and select the correct order number from the drop down box.

6. Click on "Add".

7. A pop up box will appear to confirm products have been added to your order.

Alternatively, if you are entering several products, you can add these into your trolley, then click on "My Trolley" and click "Add trolley to saved list or order". Then follow instructions above from step 5.
