When you buy sale items instore from FCUk you can only obtain a credit note they do not give you your money back.

Ive just checked on-line and it has the following info:-

The free returns service is only provided on Full Price orders. Any orders placed during the sale period can be returned to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund, however you will need to pay for postage on these returns. Please send Sale returns to the following address: French Connection (Online), PO Box 148, Swansea, SA7 9WT.

I've just checked & they do refunds!
