Yes, hope so - it's my team's Christmas party, and they are lovely people, that's the only reason I'm going. Well, and also because it's an excuse to wear my black dress that I bought months ago and haven't worn yet and my favourite heels (and possibly buy a new bag... :shhh:).
I rarely make desserts of any kind so the only sweet thing in my freezer is ice cream, and I would have to be in a particularly dizzy mood to defrost that for dinner! :rotfl:
ah should be a good night then, shame you can't have a drink or 2 though. I have my work christmas meal next monday, normally we go out to somewhere nice but this year I suggested we all go to Boss's house and take a course each...:T I will turn them into DFW (actually they all have money but hey). So I am down for the main course for meat eaters (there are 2 veggies) so god knows what I shall cook!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. Sorry, speaking of freezer surprise I had a question...
If you have lasagna in the freezer and because, like me, you are too tired in the morning to remember which shoe goes on which foot and forgotten to take it out...

why don't you do something simple like stuffed chicken breasts... easily portion controlled and prepared in advance.... stuff with philly and bacon, or lovely stuffed with black pudding....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0

yum thats a good idea...could do Potato boulanger to go with and some veg
