I have a tesco account and tried to log in using my usual email addy and password-took me ten minutes to realise that its a seperate account and you need to register....DOH!

Good luck with tesco entertainment, placed and order 3/12, said dispatch 4/5 days -still not sent. can't contact via e-mail, customer service tel gives options then when you chose constantly engaged. Tried another local number I found who transferred me and I was on hold 45 mins and still didn't get through to anyone. Found items elsewhere so cancelled order and got email saying couldnt cancel as maybe at warehouse awaiting dispatch!
