tesco clubcard points and downloads

hi all is this right? when i was buying downloads i saw you can put your clubcard number in and get points, i havent got a card :mad: but hopefully i can get my hands on one. but does it work the same as if you were shopping? the only problem is how can you spend your points? i dont shop in tesco (our nearest store is miles away) so will they just keep growing? thanks :rolleyes:

You can register online for a 'virtual' clubcard. This will give you a clubcard number registered to your home address. You can opt to have your points converted to e vouchers which mean you can use them online. Far better though to have a look through the clubcard deals part of the site as by converting them to deals you get 4 times face value. You can gets lots of things, days out tokens (accpeted at 100's of places) restaraunt tokens for e.g cafe rouge, bella italia, jewellers tokens, virgin holiday vouchers. IMHO, it is a waste using your clubcard vouchers any other way!!!!!:p
