What I'm after though, is that philnicandamy is saying the there is no chance whilst in BR of a mortgage, then between 1-3 years after discharge, there is a chance, but it will be an awful mortgage, and then years 3-6, its a possibility of a half decent mortgage. But 3 years after discharge, is usually 4 years after BR. Is that what he means? Or does he mean 1-3 years after BR?0

okay thanks guys, ive got to wait another 3 years then from my discharge really before realistically looking at a future mortgage. Least its not 6 years!!0
