Hi
I am looking at how to retrain, ideally as a mortgage broker, since my T and Cs will be changing to my detriment shortly.
I went to the Jobcentre, to ask if there was anyone I could talk to, and the woman said "No, since they cut the budget there was no-one, unlss I was unemployed for over a year" I asked for some advice, but she looked blank, and then said "Learndirect are quite good."
That was it. My taxes go on that?
More to the point, has anyone had experience with Learndirect. What are their fees and training like? Is it worth it? Could you get grants off of anyone?Did you get the job due to the training? Are there other agencies that offer free, or subsidised training?

"Don't critisise what people look like, how they speak, where they are from, and what they are called. They cannot help it.
Do critisise what they say, and what they do, especially if what they say is different to what they do. They can help that"
