The Prefeerred Mortgage & Loan Guide - MARTIN GET ON TV AND RADIO and warn people.
Got this leaftlet through the post.
Basically it all the high interest rate companies that have got together and produced this "guide".
10.9% homeowner loans - loansinatick
12.4% Sunrise loans even if you borrow £75,000 !!! £50,000+ interest over 10 years !
Its a shame as these must work as they wouldnt send them out.
Hopefully we will hear Martin on the Radio soon warning people of these booklets.

May I ask that you send me the leaflet, if possible it would be useful to see. If you could post it to Martin Lewis, MoneySavingExpert.com, F3, Shepherds Studios, London W14 0DA
That would be great.
If not - don't worry
