    No problems here, used frequently, only had one problem delivery and the return / replacement / credit (though not refund) handled promptly.

    If they were as bad as some say, they would go bust.

    I've used them a few times and had no problems either, I even sent something back by mistake - I ordered 2 items and returned 1 but stupidly forgot to take the other thing out of the box first!!! I emailed them and they sent it back to me straight away at no extra cost!
