Still Getting Letters from Creditors

I applied and was accepted for a DRO back in October. I didn't contact my creditors as i was told that the IS would do this for me.
However, I have had one default from Capital One which I expected and it stated that I was in default due to entering into a DRO.
I am still getting letters from 3 other creditors telling me I am in arrears and need to make payment. They haven't called however. Is it possible they aren't aware of the DRO?

Bundle all the letters up and send them onto the person dealing with your DRO. Some creditors will persist in "trying it on" unfortunately.
In terms of defaults, many creditors do this with BR, so I assume it is the same for DRO. You can address this when your DRO finishes to clean up your CRFs.

Thanks, to be honest knowing I had a DRO and was protected I was just shredding and binning the letters, but I'll keep them from now on.DRO granted 17/10/20090

You can do that too-its just if you are getting enough letters to explain the disappearing rainforests, if you forward them on they should be "reminded" not to contact you.
 They are a nuisance!0
