Do you mean if it's a daily? If so, then no it's not a daily entry. It's just 5 times per phone number.

If you get the form filled in correctly once, then submit without doing the captcha .... then press back and do the captcha and submit, every time you press back, the forms stays filled in exactly the same way without having to mess about with it again. So really the result it just doing a captcha 5 times

thats what i do

I fill in the form correctly once then duplicate the completed tab another 4 times (in FF). That way I can clearly see how many I've correctly submitted.
It saves having to keep count on my fingers and type one-handed...:o
