Well its a customary thing to go out on xmas day/boxing day - I did a 13 miler on boxing day last year - and it works up an appetite for a nice brekkie

I would phone/see the person rather than responding to the email, they won't be expecting that and they are far less likely to be rude to you!
We have a woman at work who is known for sending very abrupt emails.

It basically said to the recipient of the email, not to involve me in any other emails and to deal with her direct!
And she cc'd me into it
And she is wrong because all orders have to come through me in the first place, then she deals with the accounts side, so I have to be involved in the first place.
