I receved a code previously. almost expiring. Would appreciate someone informing me how to use this. when i enter my promo code on the Cineworld site, keep getting 'this code does not exist'. Am I required to complete 'Your details/card details etc, will I charged, does it have to be a mastercard, how do I collect tickets?
Would appreciate advise.

you do have to enter card details on the cineworld site but doesn't have to be a mastercard. Your card doesn't get charged.
It is necessary to enter your card details because when you get to the cinema you have to insert the card into one of the collection machines so it can verify who you are and give you the tickets
