    Morning

Miss Tag got up complaining of tummy ache and feeling sick. Then promptly was sick:rolleyes: But is now insisting she's feeling much better and wants to go to school. Nothing to do with the school disco this afternoon of course. Think I might keep her off for the morning and see how she goes. If she makes one of her miraculous recoveries I'll send her at lunchtime.

Off on a listy hunt now. Dreading what's on it today...................

    Morning all :hello:

Having to post and run from page 22   I will catch up at some point!

Got just about all the wrapping done now including Dads for Mum! Walked to church with KS1 and back yesterday morning, almost forgot Messy Church after school and then had a party invite for last night so it was a case of home wash and brush upm quick change and out the door again! Got home about 10.45 so the SWs are tired today. Fortunately it is party day so no pack ups and party clothes are allowed. I'm doing the work thing today and tomorrow and then I am off for the rest of the year :D:D:D (only had to take 2 days AL to achieve it!)

    Final step count yesterday 10831.
AnW'sMum the phrase "fur coat and no knickers" sprung to mind but didnt want to offend you:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

lol you could never offend me but you will be pleased to know I shall be wearing more than that to our works party tonight ;)

    Gotta run byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee xxx

My ankles doing well thankyou. Generally it's fine, it's only when I do a sort of kneel down on the floor with the toes pointed type movement that it complains now. It still swells up a bit by the end of the day but mostly it doesn't bother me. I've not strapped it up at all since the hospital told me not to!
Glad its getting better. I've now got exercises to do 3 times a day (... must remember to do them ...) and strapping down the outside of my leg to stop me setting it off again - but I'm clearly not as good at doing it myself as the physio is, because it aches this morning! Hopefully Monday will be my last physio appointment ... I get friction (ouch) and ultrasound. And the strapping will be on for at least another couple of weeks (but my dad and brother can deal with that over christmas).

Stayed up too late working last night and as a result I'm tired, grumpy and headachy this morning. And I'm out at a carol service in London tonight which I don't want to go to, but it'll be good for me to socialise!

Better get washed and dressed and then get on with some work...
