I received mine yesterday for a female adult (2 packs) I paid £6.02

flashing Santa hat for mobile phone x 2
    Christmas coaster
    Bath fizzer x 2
    emery board
    popping candy
    3 x funny Xmas cards
    Sudokube keyring
    childrens sweets x 6
    sticker for PSP
It looks a lot written down but isn't really and is not very adult.
However the goody bag I got from this thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2081865
£20 Worth of xmas goodies for £3.25 p&p was excellent

For £6 that isn't bad though? quite alot there for the price.

(although I s'pose everyone has different expectations for what they want from £6 :P)

I had ordered 3 of these... 2 adult women, 1 teenage girl... got an envelope full of what I would classify as "rubbish". Loose hairbands (clearly someone bought a big bag at a pound store and just stuck some in), some loose sweeties that have come from a large bag, some make-up tat that isn't sealed...

For what this cost me I could have bought 10 things at a pound store and made up at least 20 bags just as crappy as what I got.

Have to agree it is utter tat mainly. 2 bags boy 7-10 ordered

    bag1 :small roller skate eraser
    1 10g pack Halloween sweets
    1 stretchy crocodile
3 tiny straws full of sugar crystals
    1 Scholastic books 39 clues t-shirt
and a come on england Banner [we live in wales :( ]

    bag2
    3x crystal filled small straws
1x biro with football on top
    1 stretchy crocodile
    Halloween sweets
    1x sample top trumps card
and a 9-11 size England cheaply printed t-shirt.
Every day above ground is a good one ;)

I agree i thought it was bad too:

    i got: Girl 3-6 Bag

    loose sweets x3
    4 cheap loose bobbles
some really bad party bag cheap plastic toys x2
glow sticks - which you can buy for 50p in nightclubs
    a lollipop
    2 x plastic rings
a rudolf rubber on a pencil
    a childs paintbrush
    a balloon

**seriously was worth about £2 max
  • I too received an assortment of cr*p

    2 x Xmas cards
    2 mini toblerone sweets
    3 mini reels of cotton
    flashing santa hat for mobile
    3 emery boards
    hotel soap

which is bad enough but they also 'forgot' to add postage so I ended up traipsing to the sorting office to pay the excess of £1.86. If I'd known what it was I wouldn't have bothered

Have emailed them but not expecting much. Serves me right for believing that it might actually approach what I paid for.

Further to my post up above, I complained... and recieved this as an answer:
We were disappointed to find that you were disappointed with the bag(s) you ordered. All our items are purchased in wholesale & are not purchased from "pound stores" or "larger bags" as you stated. We always try to put the best items in there, however some are better then others & having more then one packager, what they put in varies, however we do try to keep it to the same level.
We have had many good replies from happy customers, many who have already placed more orders, we are just disappointed to hear you were unhappy with yours.
I would like to offer my apologies for what you received and hope this will not affect your custom with our other websites, including some to arrive in the new year. A Bag & A Half full is the only site we will be doing which will offer "surprise items" and therefore we hope you will use the other sites, where you will know what items you are to receive.
Once again, I would like to offer my most sincere apologies for the bags.
Never will I ever order from this company again... rather spend a fiver at the pound store and get much better stuff, that's not been opened and speard around the country.

I ordered 2 - boy 10-13 and teenage boy, the younger one turned up today (no sign of the teen one) and it's a load of crap!!

    Some fake ketchup
    Sweets
    joke hot sweets
    pen
    rubber
    stickers

more suited for a 5-7 year old - not holding out much hope for the other one even if it does turn up!!
