hi, does anyone have any idea how long abbey are taking to organise a valuation around this time of year? thanks

Hi,
I had a valation done within a week with the Abbey recently. The surveyor then updates the system directly so Abbey see it within a day or so.0 -
So when underwriter says '' valuation instructed'' does that mean they have booked it ? i ve gone with abbey too.. hopefully takes 1 week too.
If you got a case refference , can you check online or only the mortgage adviser can see?0 -

they have instructed a surveyor for mine , just 4 day after agreeing to lend me .. fingers crossed0
