I can not understand why CDWOW bother with this - some of these items are again dearer than they were before the sale.

EDIT : I just checked back and I bought Corpse Bride about a month ago and only paid £6.99 for it.

I assume that unsuspecting punters follow the link to the sale page and are duped into buying products that they would not otherwise buy thinking they are getting a good deal. I am sure there are better things on the main site that people could spend their vouchers (or god forbit - hard earned cash) on.

Also ..... that limited stock claim is rubbish.

Earlier a number of the titles were down to single units. But now somehow they've found another 250 of each title. Amazing don't you think.

This happened in their last '24 Hour Sale' too - several items went down to under 10 of each left in stock, only to miraculously leap back up to 250 later in the day. Perhaps their staff can't count lol!
