Think the shop has been swamped since being on MSE. Told that i need to allow 14 days for my Hayfever tabs. to arrive !
Still got my Hayfever, no tablets and no point buying over the counter at my local Chemist as the originals will turn up sometime soon !
NOT GOOD ENOUGH0 -
I am not happy now either. I was happy to give them time, but I still have not got the tablets ordered. Even a little communcation would be helpful. Even allowing 14 days it is now late. I don't expect miricales, but I do expect communcation when there have been changes tot he delivery times.
I wonder if tey have over streched themselves as a small chemist and are suffering from to much buisness being generated.
Even some feed back on here would be helpful0 -
We are upto date on all orders and have no backlog, what so ever. Please contact us, if you haven't received your order and we can make some claims for missing items

Ordered mine on 21 June too and nothing. No response to email either
Will phone tomorrow as suggested.0 -
I ordered from them last weekend and it arrived a few days later, used the comments box to provide the appropriate details that I usually get asked in a regular chemist.
Loratadine for only £1.50 is quite astounding, just to give you an idea of how much prices differ, Tesco over the New Year period (when small chemists are closed) were charging £6.50 for a seven pack of generic tablets, the branded ones were at stupidly high prices. That's nearly £1 per tablet!
The tablets this place sell are branded with the APS label, which is the same generic tablets the normal chemists are selling at the moment, so there's no difference in terms of the product.
My only concern is I am guessing the price will change when summer ends, so those with all-year-round allergies might be better buying them now whilst the market is saturated with the APS ones.0 -
Mal27, what's the expiry date on the box?0

Phoned this morning and complained that my order hadn't yet arrived from 21 June - said they would send some more out.0

Ordered 4 packs of 30, paid £3.56 as postage is free and there's a 10% off voucher code0

I ordered from the website (paid by debit card over the phone) on Monday and received my goods today - excellent service and value (4 x 30 loratidine for £5.96 with free P&P).
Just noticed for purchases of 5+ boxes of 30 loratidine the price drops from £1.49 to £1.29 as well !0
