Mine arrived too today!Lovely top and wrapping.Was in bit of a pickle coz my email invoiced for full amount £36(even though I used £20 off code).Emailed them -no reply.Phoned them-no reply.Eventually checked my card and it seems they taken only discounted amount plus delivery(£20.50). Why they didn't show the discounted amount on my email or my invoice Idon't know But alls well that ends well! Thanks op!:D

My email has the full price but when I checked my account on the Rare site it has the discounted price with £20 off.

Mine hasn't turned up yet, despite getting an email on Monday saying it would arrive next working day.

The houses in my village have the letterbox on the back door and that's where the PO deliver but other companies sometimes come to the front. If you're not in they don't bother to leave a card (it would mean driving round the back) so parcels often go missing. :mad:

My invoice shows full price too which i thought was a bit silly if it needed to be returned , as return invoice on back!

Just looked at my invoices and they are showing the full price too, I added a £7 top to make up past £20 to get £20 off and ended up paying £2. I really dont like the top, if I refunded it would I get £7 back do you think?

Can only try , if you won't wear it is waste , i thought i would dislike my £7 top but like it more than the original cardigan tbh

Mine arrived today and I am very pleased with it. Sadly threw out bag before looking for any vouchers.

Mine arrived today lovely top for £4, however i noticed a small hole in the back so I will have to contact them tomorrow to sort a return out boo :-(

I've just had a look at my order tracking but don't understand? Does this mean my parcel has been in Liverpool for 2 days or does it mean it's been out for delivery and has gone back? And what is a self-labeller?

Mine went from collected from self-labeller last night to confirmed at hub later on, then confirmed at my local depot this morning, then out for delivery. I'd guess yours will be out for delivery tomorrow.

Thanks for that, I'll check it tomorrow to see if it's changed, I'm looking forward to seeing the tops, 4 for £9.50 inc delivery is a bargain. I just hope my DD likes them!
