Loans & Credit Reference Agencies.
After a week of speaking to Experian 5 times and Equifax twice, I feel quite peeved - to say the least.
I have been trying to get a loan and have been refused - due to the fact that Experian are giving out the wrong address details to companies, some of the applications do not even end up on my file. Equifax are no better, and as for Call Credit, well.
I am thinking of hiring a lawyer to deal with the whole matter, I am just sick of paying these companies to see the info and check scores, when the whole thing is wrong. Furthermore, due to the address debacle, my score is crap, and nobody wants to give me anything - as the recorded address links are too numerous, because the companies have been over-searching when they can't find my address.
Has anybody gone legal to get the matter resolved? I'm tired of calling them all day long, or waiting for a supervisor to call.

If your details are wrong you can get them changed. Contact the relevant agencies to get it sorted. Details of how to do this are available on their websites. They also have complaints procedures, follow them to make a complaint. A complaint is always something you should do in writing, don't rely on venting your spleen on the 'phone - you're not talking to the right person!0
