After you have had your initial appointment and your DMP is set up (if that’s your best option) then you will be passed to my department and I will look after you, of course you won’t know who I am tho

It's so frustrating though getting every creditor to agree, you only need one to decline and it messes it all up.

I know what you mean, but keep at it. I just kept paying my offer amount and writing to them until they agreed - a bit like a dog with a bone!
