Options
Im up here and the BM is downstairs. OH is playing rathe rloud music.

I realise I havent heard when the beep goes for putting the fruit in yet and its got 1.25 mins to go . Ive got MR compact.

Obviously first time of using this.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

  • I haven't got that make of machine but I would guess so. The beep usually happens near the beginning so the fruit gets all mixed in.

  • I know it's too late now, but for next time ;), if the bread maker is still mixing, rather than cooking, you can add the fruit at any time. If you add them a bit too early (before the beep) all that happens is they get chopped up a bit (I've added the fruit right at the beginning and the results were absolutely fine, the sultanas etc didn't blend with the flour, just got chopped up a bit). Useful to know if you are too busy to listen out for the beep too.

    It's only a game

Might try and make a bread & butter pud out of this loaf- cant let it go to waste now ;)

It is definitely too late for you now, but I always missed the beep on my BM, so now I just put all ingredients in at the start, agree they get slightly more chopped up, but they are not too small to be seen.
