The request to authorize the amount 38.84 failed because it would result in an overauthorization for PaymentGroup 3359722270.

I keep getting this message when I try to pay for my asda stuff. Has anybody else had this ? There isnt a problem with the card, there's money in to cover it. I phoned asda and she said log out then in again but I tried that and its still the same !!

Yep, tried everything, still saying the same. I cant believe I'm the only person seeing this...the card is fine, I use it every week; the money is in there, I checked; its just Asda !!0

After THREE phone calls (to various people with accents) they tell me that my account is registered to somebody in Morecambe and gave me her address, email, and phone number !!! I explained over and over who I am and that I ordered from them at least twice a month all year & this has only just happened. They said website upgrade and it will be fixed now. It isn't.
Has anybody else ever had anything like this with asda? I still cant get my xmas shopping sorted and am too ill to go round the shop in person.0
