I take one drawdown each year because it cuts down the cost and I can put the cash into a savings account and draw from that. eg investec high5 at 3+ % and I just need to give them notice at the appropriate time
It's worth noting that Sippdeal changed their charging structure on 1st December.
There is no longer a fee for payment (was £10) but there is now a £75 annual charge for plans in drawdown.
So taking one annual payment no longer saves money.0
