Got a 6.5 Litre Slow cooker, and has you can see, me a SC virgin.
Want to use up some sausages and thought i would do them in the SC
12 Sausages
1 Can of Tomatos
1 can of Baked Beans
Onions
(and anything else i can find) lol
But the question i have is how much stock/liquid to i need to put in.

You wont need much.
I would just add enough to cover the sausages really. The liquid doesnt evaporate like it would in the oven
Sounds yummy - I would brown the sausages first in a frying pan.

If you have the Morphy Richards one the slow cooker must be at least half full, I've tried getting away with less but I've found that it burns and sticks around the edges.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
