I have tried to register on that loreal site for a few days now to enter this and the register button does not seem to be working. Tried it form 3 different PCs now

It works when you tick the little box for the terms and conditions. Did you forget to do that?

To anyone else with the same problem, I typed in http://www.lorealparis.co.uk/beautyconfidential and it seemed to work- just then go to the heading called competitions and your there
