Hello Moneysavers,
There is a festive market today at Sheffield ski village - lots of stalls, the great man himself, carols etc but also you can sign up for a 'taster' lesson; It is £3 for tubing/ toboggan and £10 for ski/ snowboard. I think it is worth calling them to check availability but I believe that you can also book on arrival.
