a no spend day and exercise buddy?
how do you do your exercise sessions? do you have a dvd?
i've got an old tae-bo dvd here at home, so if you need a buddy to be accountable to, i'll do you a deal. i'll do one session on the same day you're doing your exercise session (i see you have one session planned for this week).
the same goes for no spend days. for every one you have, i'll have one too!!
what do you say?
(just thought i'd help with the motivation to exercise, as i see you keep adding it to your weekly plan and not really achieving it. hope this is helpful to you:D )

Oh no! I missed it! I think I forgot to come back to the same thread. I hope there will be another one. Perhaps it should be every monday and then for those that don't manage that, they have the rest of the week to make up for it. Monday could be no spend day and excercise day.24.06.14 12 st 12 lb (waist 45" at fattest part of belly)
