I think how it works is that every week they pick a couple of reviews they like from that week and award the perfume of the moment to the winners.
They seem to like long, flowery gushing reviews, so I haven't won any as I don't tend to review like that!
You just join and add as many reviews as you like and fingers crossed you might win something sometime!
