UPDATE: Well not much to say at moment. Got appointment with solicitor later in the week. I get the feeling that my ex employers do not believe i am injured due to having no complete proof of injury. By proof i mean i will not know for definite till next month. I only get so long to appeal against the dismissal and time will run out before i find out extent of injury. As for reported under RIDDOR i am not to sure what that is but will find out. Both accidents were placed in accident book along with first aid report.
My main concern is to try and not let it get me down. Will update as and when i get new info.
Thanks all for help and advice0 -
