    Hi, I'm new and therefore deifnitely posting this in the wrong place - forgive me :)

    I need some advice

    I bought a beard trimmer from boots for my boyfriend for Xmas when it was the 1200 extra points weekend, I have since spent my advantage card points instore BUT - I have now found out I won the exact same trimmer in a competition (YAY ME) so I want to take the beard trimmer I paid for back to Boots...

    I have checked the advantage card terms and conditions and Im unsure of what they will do as I do not have the points left they should take off me for returning the product I got the 1200 extra points on ..........

    Has anyone had experience of this or know what they will do ???

    I think they will still take them off your card so leaving you with negative balance.
