I just kept adding a nd deleting different sets from my basket and the delivery charge just went - I think it was the Hannah set that gave the free delivery but I cant be sure sorry

It was the Hannah set that gave me free delivery too Claire. Only added it after the other 2 though, so maybe you have to add it last?

I couldn't get it to work with the hannah set. Just tried again and got two different ones from my first order and forgot to try the hannah, doh! Think I've got plenty now though, lol. The trick seems to be going to checkout, and if it doesn't work then, go back to the homepage, then back to the basket, then to checkout and the discounts may appear.

Edit: And yes, the discount will show before card details.

When I entered my address FIRST order it got it couldnt find me so entered my mums number and postcode - find address and it carried on. Got to the end and its half my address half mums.

Emailed C/S and got told cancel the order and re order. SO cancelled and selected send to different address added mums FULL address and its sent it to the screwy one again!!! LOL I hope it turns up at one of ours :rotfl:

Thanks OP - got 2 king size and 2 double duvets for £8 or -£6 if you believe the email. My order history on their web page says £8 has been debited from my card so I am happy with that. Thank you!
