dont count on items coming before christmas,delivery is slow from them.never had any trouble until now,ordered cd on 13 nov still not arrived and they have not replied to any of my emails,maybe ive been unlucky this time,but wont use them again until i atleast get an answer from them.

Just checked up & i used Paypal for this purchase, there is no refund in my account so have filed a dispute. Dont let them get away with it even if it is just a few quid.

Mines cancelled too, and no Paypal refund. I have emailed asking when I'll get my refund.

I will give it a few days, then if nothing, I'll file a dispute.
