I got shot of Baines & Ernst after about a year. I contacted all my creditors directly informing them that I would in future be paying them directly & requesting statements from all. They all responded quite quickly & satisfactorily & that's been the arrangement up until now. It's not in your DMCs best interest to act quickly on your behalf if they've any hint that you may be considering leaving them. The longer they take, the more monthly payments they get off youBeaded_Lady wrote:
Today, I spoke to my Debt management company, to ask what figures i currently stand at, they said they would contact the settlements dept and will update me by the end of the week, i plan to call again thursday to remind them and again on friday morning, hopefully when i have this info i can dump them.
