Driving Down the cost of my loans

So here is my situation,

Currently have a £25,000 loan with Barclays bank and a £10,000 loan with egg, I also have a Gold Barclaycard with a £5,500 limit (currently around the £1,500 mark) and an egg card with a £4,000 limit (currently at the £2000 mark).

I pay £380 a month to Barclays loan
£185 a month to the Egg loan
Min payments on both the Barclaycard and Egg card.

Is there any way I can reuce these monthly payments without being either a credit card tart or more borrowing? I have been declined credit cards and credit in the past few month trying to be a credit card tart and reduce the interset and or payments.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation??

Just looking for some guidence :)
