EEK! I just ordered the £20 set (which is actually £15!?) but after I'd paid it turned out that a different £25 set had also been added to my order and charged even though it had stated the correct price when I clicked place order! There was nothing else in my basket at the time either!
I've now emailed them and am waiting for a reply as over £40 has been charged instead of the original amount. :mad:

Was the £25 set already in your basket? Thats strange it added one. Their Customer service is good (there was a similar offer few months back) so they will get back to you. Hope you get it sorted.

I think there's a problem with the site because I added one of the 20(15?) sets to my basket and went to checkout and there was 2 of them in my basket

They've replied to me now and said that I've only been charged for the 1 item although even the order email that came though lists the 2 items. On the plus side they said if the other gift set happens to arrive I'm welcome to keep it free of charge. :j

Guess I'll have to get on the phone to the bank and see how much has been withdrawn and take it from there..... :rolleyes:

I think the problem may be with the link. I've just followed it and it's logged me into someone else's account. I'm assuming this person had already had something in the basket.

I already had an account from the previous offers they had and logged into my own one before placing an order. I seem to remember some people had problems last time - I guess it's just a temperamental system and it's the luck of the draw.

It's still doing silly stuff the set is showing at 20 now but when you add it to your basket the 40 quid one is in the basket too :rotfl:Talk about hard selling

Jeppy - I had that too - the way to get round it is to make sure that any addresses you have entered have all of the required info in them (mine were missing the county). This seemed to be enough to let me go to the checkout. Frustrated me for ages!
