Cheese Flan - old style!

Hi all - my first post on this board yey!
Anyway when I went to secondary school many many hmm many years ago I used to get cheese flan for my lunch and I loved it. I have tried to make it a few times but never had much success! It had egg in and was very light - anyone have any recipes or any school cooks out there lol- thanks for your help!
