This may be a stupid question but, sometimes when I make my Yorkshire puddings I have mix left over - is this safe to use the following day/night?

id say it would be fine...i have read in recipe books that the batter is better the next day...id keep it in the fridgeonwards and upwards0

I usually thin it down and make pancakes for breakfast next day!I Believe in saving money!!!:T

It keeps fine in the fridge for a day or so but I make extra yorkies and freeze them for next time.
