Query on Tesco - extra points & spend

Hi, I placed my first order online at tesco & used a extra points if over £50 spend, my question is that my online order came out at £68 without £3 delivery (so thought I would get the extra points)however when it was delivered some items werent in stock so it went below £50 (to £47.20 without delivery £50.20 with delivery).

My question is will I get these extra points? The paperwork that came with the order wasnt very clear - I assume it is 1point per £1 spend on goods? Sorry new to tesco altogether and want to start earning points.

Is it on what your total is online or actual spend? Not my fault items not in stock???

Thanks in advance, hope I do get them or else I am not going to use um again.

This has come up many times before. On your invoice it should show points awarded. If it doesn't show the bonus points, phone Tesco and explain what you just told us. They would usually add on manually.

Thanks - on the invoice it showed normal points for this shop 820 (which i assumed was 750 for the bonus points and 70 for the spend). My total was £47 hence the question was it 1 point per £1 - either way if it is/isnt doesnt tally.

Rang them and they said it added but unsure still as not showing up?

Suppose I wait til Feb, keep receipt and see on statement

Its double points at the moment - so 2 points for every £1 spent. But, remember that if you had any tobacco kiosk items in your delivery you do not get points for them.

kewl think that is right. we brought 2 x baby food so you dont get points on that either I understand so we did get our bonus points.
