Honey, one day does not a diet make.

    Good luck though.
  • Trouble is that when you start eating again all the weight will go back on, in fact more probably because your metabolism will slow to cope with the lower food intake.

Never heard of them. I use Thermabol mixed in with healthy eatting and a good exercise plan of course. The key to using these sort of pills is to use them properly in conjusction with the above.

The ones I use recommend 3 a day but I only have two as they make me feel off me tats if I have 3. They work for me in helping shift the stubborn bits of yakky fat lol

Of course they work, they contain Sida Cordifolia, which is a (legal) precurser to speed. Show me a fat speed phreak!

It does work and at first you'll be eating hardly anything and feeling full of energy, with a focused mind. However, it does tend to 'wire' you out, so watch out for nervous tension, feeling awful, feeling spaced out for no particular reason. That's the comedown.

Long term it's no good for your health and without it, i.e. after you stop taking it, your appetite will come back and you'll gain more weight than you lose.

The only way is to change your eating/lifestyle habits. If you use these pills to start you off but change your eating and exercise habits at the same time, it will work great. If you take them but don't change your mentality, trust me, it will fail.

And you can't take them forever to maintain your weight as they put strain on your heart and your nervous system. Long term effects of using any kind of speed derivative include heart palpitations, panic attacks, paranoia and in the worst cases, mental illness, including, but not limited to, paranoid schizophrenia.

They used to use ephedrine/ephedra in slimming pills, but that has been made illegal now for a few years. Ephedrine is the base ingredient for speed. Sida cordifolia is a different plant but it's still CNS stimulant and has a similar molecular biology to ephedrine.
I'll have some cheese please, bob.

Im not sure what these are but just wanted to say.. Ive lost 10lbs last month without taking pills. I lowered my portion sizes, stopped eating chocolate, sweets, crisps, pizza, chips, stopped drinking pepsi, stopped using so much oil in food and switched my milk to skimmed and my margarine to flora light. I also eat more fruit and veg and if I have a baddie like canneloni which has a lot of cheese, I balance it with a lot of veg! I did hardly any exercise to lose it too! Sometimes you dont realise what you are eating is bad or much too big a portion. Its something Ive found out and I was very surprised to realise I ate quite so much and now whatever I put on my plate I take some away. I dont see why you would need to turn to pills for weightloss when you can do it in a more healthier way.
