DOH!!!!!!
Made a bulk-load of spaghetti sauce last night - thought I'll just pop out, let it cool a bit.
Cos I'd been out I think it struck me when I got back that it was quite an overpowering smell (that'll be the tuna), so I put portions in freezer bags and thought I need to get this in the freezer, even though it was still warm...(bad,bad,bad I know!!!)
Now of course the bags are securely welded to the bottom of the freezer:o
Any ideas about how to get them off??? (I already tried to pry them off with a knife but don't want to damage the freezer) Will I have to defrost everything?? Can I re-freeze the tuna stuff???

Try using a hairdryer
JoeYou can always get more with a kind word and a 2-by-4 than with just a kind word.0 -
I would pour a little bit of ordinary cold tap water over one when I wanted it and quickly mop up the puddle after pulling out the bag.0

Have you got a childs plastic spade that you could use to pry it off with or even some dental floss and try sliding that underneath?Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

To avoid this in the future (I speak from experience here),put bags of runny stuff on top of a plastic lid of some kind,or a piece of card for that matter. Then if it does freeze onto the surface you can still lift it all out.I've just done this with my excess elderflower cordial.0
