great finds on ebay, but how did you find them?
login to your account, choose a catagory and just at the top of the list of items (top right)there is a drop down with choices called sort by - ending soonest, newly listed etc in there there is one distance nearest use that for your searches.
lmb4wcbi am also looking at the baking/novelty cake side of things and the first thing to do is contact your local enviromental health for an inspection.which i will be doing in the new year. They will also be able to give you more information i would imagine. i find the pricing bit the most difficult and if selling to friends who before i would only cover my costs. PM me anytime and if you read back there is odd bits of info spread throughout the thread with ideas from other postersskintbint x

My aims for Jan :- Make timeline for the year and plot obvious things like Valentines Day/Hallowe'en/Summer plants/Xmas so I can plan seasonal selling

Hello all
It's great to see so many positive comments-it inspires everyone, keep them coming !!!
Sorry about not being about much, but in all honesty I've been listing on Ebay, been shopping (for essentials),relaxing and generally having a great time.
I've had some really good results on Ebay, nothing fantastic, but money for old rope type sales.....It still equates to over £160.00 in two days.
I am really looking forward to the challenge, and have decided on something really special for challenge 2011.Please do not ask,but it's open to all again. We'll go into this somemore nearer the time.
Well I'm off listing my secret niche items (you have to keep somethings to yourself)......speak soon"Do not let what you can't do interfere with what you can do."0 -
I'm sure I joined up to this, but if not can you add me again please.
Listing on Ebay tonight, and keeping a few bits back for when sales finish0 -
on a couple of other forums i am a member of, alot of the users have 'blog shops' where they setup a blog purely to sell their crafted and other items...
doesnt cost anything...
its also worth browsing through ebay. diff catagories that you normally do, to pick up a bit of 'product knowledge' and see what htings are going for....
its suprising what things go for....Work to live= not live to work0 -

I play the "buy 5 tickets, get 1 free" games and spend £1 on each game. I like bingo though (used to work in it for like 7 years so its a hard habit to kick lol)0 -
