Just set my alarm for 6.45am so I could bid on some Alton Towers tickets on ebay.. Tesco Clubdeals ones for £31 for 2 people!!Minus my £5 paypal voucher = bargain!! Works out £13.75 each saving me over £9 each on the online price!!! I offerred to get the couple we're going with a ticket, but she seemed to think paying £23 was ok!! More fool her!! :D

Right I'm off bad to bed! Didn't know this time existing on a Sunday morning!!!

Have spent nothing yet... and got up at 5:30am to do a couple of hours overtime for £35 an hour! My lie-ins are precious, but as a DFW with a rate like that, who needs sleep?!

I've never posted in these threads before because I used to smoke so would never have a spend free day.

I gave up on Tuesday, so will have loads of spend free days now!

I don't plan to spend anything today. I went out for a few clothes yesterday because I'm starting back to work on Tuesday after maternity leave.

As it's Father's Day we're all staying in to have a lovely homemade boiled gammon and parsley sauce. Then we'll play some games with the kids. It will be lovely.

Best of luck to everyone today!

  • Hi everyone. I know I'm going to spend today - just don't know how much yet  DS needs kitting out for a family wedding next weekend and he also needs new trainers. As he's now into adult sizes, none of this will come cheap. Will post outcome later.............
    Have a good day all.

  • Hope to spend no more than £15 today between me and my other half. We going to a FREE music festival in Middlesbrough (Ocean Colour Scene headlining). We getting bus through and sharing a taxi back with some friends. We taking our own cans for most of the day and some sandwichs. But may have to buy a pint or two later in the day. As its an all day event. (which is much better than how much we would have spent if we went to Richard in Manchester yesterday would have spent around £200 easy) so £15 is not bad at all.

Hopefully I won't spend anything today - I haven't got anything planned. Unfortunately, tomorrow I'm going shopping with a friend in Preston, and I have a feeling it won't be cheap.
