up until today i was getting dla high rate mobility and low rate for care i now have 2 questions i have got a bank loan of 7120 without the interest and 3 credit cards 2500 on 2 of them and 300 one the other what can i do about them obviuosly i cant pay hem now is there any help second if i transfer my income support payments to my wifes bank account can they take money from it to pay my loan thanks for any help its appreciated forgot to say theyve taken my dla off me even though theres been no change in my condition so i expect to win my appeal

Main advice is do not get further benefit credits made into the account loan is repaid from.Poen an account with another bank.
